      獎學(xué)金，相比之下還是比較困難的，歐洲國家獎學(xué)金 你能拿到的概率很低。實際上很多中國學(xué)生能申請到一些獎學(xué)金，獎學(xué)金在荷蘭有幾種，都是政府資助的，主要由教育部門提供資助的獎學(xué)金，在中國一個很有名的項目叫 DELTA獎學(xué)金項目，是特別為中國的學(xué)生提供的項目，為了吸引高水平的中國學(xué)生到荷蘭留學(xué)而設(shè)立
荷蘭很多學(xué)校的獎學(xué)金是某些系或者專業(yè)才能申請的。這些獎學(xué)金有時候在學(xué)校的 IMP admission網(wǎng)頁上不會列出，只有到系里或者專業(yè)里的網(wǎng)頁才能看到（如 TU Delft的 philips scholarship）。

      有的獎學(xué)金需要學(xué)校提名，所以要在獎學(xué)金 deadline之前拿到學(xué)校 AD。比如說， HSP是 2月 1日截止，申 HSP需要得到學(xué)校提名，所以要在這之前拿到學(xué)校的 AD。如果要申 HSP，申請學(xué)校的時候要說明你想申 HSP，這樣學(xué)校在錄取你的時候才會給你提名 HSP，你拿到學(xué)校的 HSP提名以后才可以申請 HSP。
摘抄一個 studyinnl上關(guān)于 HSP申請步驟的說明：

      First of all, you are an excellent student,You have to apply for admission to a study or research programme When you apply for admission to a programme in the Netherlands, you should indicate that your study performance is excellent and that you wish to be nominated for the prestigious HSP Huygens programme. Important! The admission criteria for the programme at the Dutch host institution will differ from the requirements that the selection committee adheres to when selecting academically excellent students for the HSP Huygens programme. See the section entitled Requirements for eligibility elsewhere on this website. If the Dutch institution does not agree with your candidacy for a HSP Huygens scholarship, they will not provide you with a HSP Huygens nomination letter. This means that you cannot apply for a HSP Huygens scholarship. You can explore other ways of funding to finance your studies or research activities in the Netherlands, e.g. at www.grantfinder.nl.
If the Dutch institution agrees with your candidacy for a HSP Huygens scholarship, they will send you a HSP Huygens nomination letter. 
      荷蘭大學(xué)定期審理申請材料，從申請材料寄到學(xué)校，到學(xué)校發(fā)出AD，有時候需要長達(dá)兩個月的時間。如果想申請HSP，建議10月份就把材料寄到學(xué)校。
